Each Independent Business/Booth Renter/Leaser is Solely Responsible for withholding or payments of all applicable Federal, State,and Local Income, Social Security, Payroll, State Unemployment tax and or Workers Compensation acts if applicable, Nothing in this Agreement shall Constitute the Independent Business/Booth Renter/Leaser as a Representative, Agent or Employee of Privileged Professional Inc & Privileged Professional Barbershop, Nor Shall the Independent Business/Booth Renter/Leaser have the right or authority to assume, create or incur any Liability or any obligation of any kind ,express or implied, against or in the name or on behalf of Privileged Professional Barbershop unless otherwise expressly permitted by and in a written Signed Contract.
